2. Lubrication status of the machine. Firstly, you can observe whether the oil circuit of the machine is unobstructed through the oil gauge. If there is no oil on the oil gauge or the oil gauge cannot be observed clearly, you should stop the machine urgently and carefully check whether there is any oil leakage in the oil circuit. Although oil leakage from the machine is easy to observe, it is difficult to find the cause. For machines that use sliding bearings, low speed is not conducive to lubrication, especially for jog or low-speed operation, which has a significant impact on lubrication. Therefore, before performing such operations, it is best to idle the machine and lubricate it with oil, which is also a primary task that should be done before starting work. Some machines' oil pumps are driven by the main engine, so when they reverse, the oil circuit not only cannot refuel, but will also suck the oil back into the tank, which is very dangerous. Therefore, reverse should be avoided. Lubrication of some important parts can also be detected by the temperature of the nearby metal. If the temperature is too high, it indicates that there is a problem with the lubrication.
3. Impact during machine operation. The smaller the impact during machine operation, the more beneficial it is for printing, and it can also extend the service life of the machine. Reducing printing pressure (broadly defined as pressure) is an important condition for ensuring smooth machine operation. The smaller the printing pressure, the better, while ensuring the quality of the printed material. Reducing machine speed is another important condition for reducing the moment of inertia of a machine. The lower the speed of the machine, the smaller its moment of inertia. Therefore, the machine should not be kept running at high speed all the time. The above aspects are only part of the daily maintenance and upkeep of the printing machine. The quality of daily maintenance and upkeep of the printing machine directly affects its service life and product quality, so it cannot be taken lightly.

Due to differences in the paper used, production environment factors, and the thickness of the cardboard, the structure of the pressure roller used also varies. The main parameters are that the width of the upper and lower pressure line wheels should be appropriate, and the step transition arc of the pressure line wheel should be adjusted according to the depth of the pressure line and the applicable cardboard.
